WELCOME ! You have been invited to take the TEAM PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE (TPQ).

TPQ is a field-tested, self-scoring assessment based on extensive research on team leadership and team development. The TPQ Questionnaire can be completed in 10-15 minutes, and will require your focused attention to complete the 32 questions. You must complete the questions in one sitting or the system will not save your answers and you will need to start over from the beginning. If this occurs you may be notified to try again.

Your assessment answers and results will be scored individually and with your group/organization and compared to the assessments normative data. Your Program Administrator will issue you an individual report at the the close of your assessment period (as noted in your invite email). Your responses from the assessment will not be shared or disclosed with other members of your group/organization.
